SESSION 1 

1. We will start the class with a warm up where we will break the ice, introducing questions to get to know each other and interact among the students and with the teacher. 

2. The vocabulary in this unit will be about pirates and physical appearances.

SESSION 2

1. We are going to start the class with a warm up activity in which the students will be placed in groups, we will give them several cards with the vocabulary, one takes a card, looks at it and has to draw what is on the card and the others have to guess what is on it. 

2. For the listening exercise we are going to work on a song, which the students will have to guess in the pre-listening exercise with different clues that we will give them.

4. After listening, we will watch a video that talks about the value and importance of friendship:

SESSION 3

1. We are going to start the class with a warm up activity known as the alphabet game, which consists of a roulette that we will project through the website "wordwall" and together we will say previous and new vocabulary words with the letters of the alphabet. 

2. In this unit we will work on the grammar of the verb have got and the verb to be.

SESSION 4

1. We will start the class with a warm up by playing "two truths and a lie" which consists of the teacher giving three statements about themselves to the students, two of the given statements must be true and one must be a lie. The pupils will have to guess which statement they think you have made up.

2. To work on reading, we will use the story " we' re different, we' re the same" from Sesame Street. In the following video you can listen and read it: 

3. While reading, we will have to associate the reading with the images in the story. 

4. The after reading activity will be to ask students to change the ending of the story. 

5. To improve the reading plan, we are going to read the tale of "Someone different".

SESSION 5

1. We will start with a warm up activity which will consist of brainstorming on how we can describe ourselves. 

2. Initial evaluation: We will review aspects of personal information by completing the following text:

3. To work on the writing skill, students will produce a description of their pirate, which they designed at the beginning of this unit. 

4. After writing, students will exchange descriptions and we will discuss them together.
